Meet Kathy
Kathy has a lifetime of sewing experience!
Her true passion has always been sewing and she decided to follow that passion, starting Swags and Slipcovers in 2004. Kathy has fine-tuned her skills fabricating window treatments, slipcovers and upholstery at the Custom Home Furnishings Academy in NC.
After being in business for 18 years in the Binghamton, NY area, Kathy and her husband John followed their dream to move to the Adirondacks in 2021.
When Kathy is not sewing, she spends her free time enjoying various outdoor activities, including skiing, biking, hiking, paddling and camping.
